CHOOSE LIFE: “Life itself is the most precious gift of all.  In these days we are all very aware of the need to protect the life of every child in the womb.  However, it is paradoxical and in some ways the ultimate delusion, to extinguish this most fundamental right of all, the right to life of the innocent child, in the name of personal and civil rights. May the Lord open our eyes to see the image of God in every child at every stage of their lives.” (Bishop Dermot Farrell, Bishop of Ossory, 11th March 2018)

Two Lives, One Love – Information Evening with Bishop Kevin An hour with Bishop Kevin to explore the LIFE question and to consider how best we can exercise our responsibility as Catholics to respect life and to support women. Tuesday 10th April at 7.30pm, the Abbey Hotel, Roscommon. This is the fourth of six meetings Bishop Kevin will hold over the coming months. Details of other dates and venues will follow.

Pray for the 8that 8: Uniting Ireland in prayer to save The 8th Amendment. Please pray this simple prayer at 8am and/or 8pm, daily: Heavenly Father, I pray for the protection of the unborn child. Guide the people of Ireland to vote according to the truth of your word. Lord, protect life by preserving The 8th Amendment. Amen. (
