It was with sadness that Fr. Hugh has announced his retirement.

As a Parish we wish to thank him most sincerely for his dedicated work in the Parish of Kiltoom & Cam. Fr. Hugh spent 27 years as Curate in the Parish. He was exemplary in his dedication to all aspects of Parish life. His work in the schools, church renovation and his dedication to the weekly mass in  Brideswell nursing home for the past 20 years, his care of the sick and those in need was exemplary.

Fr. Hugh is well respected by the community and he will be sadly missed.

As a Parish community, we will continue to pray for Fr. Hugh in his illness.

God Bless you Fr. Hugh and Thank You.

May God grant her eternal rest & comfort and console her bereaved family & friends.

Choose Life: I believe that it would help greatly if people who believe in the right to life of the unborn would just talk to their neighbours and friends over a cup of tea or a pint, as they would about sport or politics. It is not about debating or being confrontational. At the most basic level, it is just about letting other people see that they are not alone and that it is perfectly reasonable to believe in the right to life. (Bishop Kevin)
